Field HSE Supervisor (Integrated Solutions)

About the role

The Field HSE Supervisor will champion health, safety and environment (HSE) excellence on drilling and completion sites, ensuring a safe work environment for all personnel. Working closely with operational supervisors and contractors, you will apply Baker Hughes and client HSE standards to achieve a "Perfect HSE day" every day.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with field operational supervisors to guarantee safe drilling, completion and supporting activities.
• Implement and enforce Baker Hughes and client HSE policies, procedures, and best practices across the site.
• Lead HSE meetings, present safety data, communicate alerts, and share lessons learned.
• Conduct site inspections, generate remedial work plans and action trackers for any non‑compliance.
• Monitor the work environment, enforce permit‑to‑work (PTW) requirements, and prevent hazardous situations.
• Support contractor HSE representatives and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Assist in rig moves, verify personnel competency, and confirm equipment certifications.
• Report incidents, accidents, near‑misses and high‑impact potential incidents (HIPO) and lead investigations.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising HSE on drilling or completion sites.
• Strong knowledge of HSE best practices, risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Ability to liaise effectively with field supervisors, contractors and client representatives.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting safety data and leading meetings.
• Capability to manage multiple HSE inspections and generate corrective action plans.
