Field Marketing Executive – Coast Region

About the role

The Field Marketing Executive will help grow the business and raise brand awareness across Kenya's Coast Region. Working on‑the‑ground, you will generate qualified leads, conduct market research and support sales activities to drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Execute field marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
• Distribute marketing materials and explain the company’s products and services to potential customers.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through visits and networking, generating and converting qualified leads.
• Conduct on‑site market research, capture customer feedback and report on competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads and interactions; prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field marketing, brand activation or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer‑service mindset.
