Field Supervisor – Building Works

About the role

The Field Supervisor will oversee building works at Tatu City, ensuring that construction activities meet safety standards, quality specifications, and project timelines. This role combines on‑site leadership with coordination of design adjustments and progress reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Prepare and submit site records and progress reports on time.
• Review and, when approved, modify design drawings to reflect on‑site conditions.
• Develop geometric designs from survey data using AutoCAD, Civil CAD or similar software.
• Manage foremen, skilled and unskilled labour, and subcontractors to meet quality and schedule targets.
• Identify safety hazards, enforce protective equipment use, and resolve on‑site issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building & Construction or related field with at least 7 years of site supervision experience, OR a Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and deliver projects on schedule.
