Finance Manager – Remote, $100k/year

About the role

Trilogy is looking for a Finance Manager to lead global finance operations remotely. You will oversee a team of Senior Accountants, stay hands‑on with invoices, payments and reconciliations, and ensure the accuracy of all financial outputs while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day finance operations through Senior Accountants, prioritising work by deadlines, impact and risk.
• Inspect finance dashboards, invoices, payments, bank transactions and allocations for accuracy.
• Diagnose quality failures, identify root causes and produce evidence‑based coaching to prevent recurrence.
• Build and maintain a high‑performing finance operations team that consistently delivers accurate, timely results.
• Identify and implement AI, LLM and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• A degree in Accounting or Finance.
• A recognised professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
• Strong technical accounting expertise and ability to analyse complex finance data.
• Experience leading finance teams in a global or multi‑entity environment.
