About the role
As a Finance Manager at Trilogy you will lead a global finance operations team of Senior Accountants while staying hands‑on with core accounting tasks. You will ensure invoices, payments, reconciliations and allocations are accurate, diagnose errors, and coach the team to prevent repeat issues.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee finance operations, prioritising work by deadlines, impact and risk.
- Inspect dashboards and outputs to verify accuracy of bills, invoices, payments, bank transactions and allocations.
- Diagnose quality failures, identify root causes and produce evidence‑based coaching.
- Identify and implement AI, LLM and automation opportunities to reduce manual work.
- Build and maintain a high‑performing finance team delivering timely, accurate results.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience on at least five audits involving a Big 4 accounting firm.
