Finished Goods Stores and Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Finished Goods Stores and Logistics Supervisor oversees all activities within the finished‑goods warehouse, ensuring that inventory is accurately controlled and that daily operations meet ISO standards. This role works closely with the Logistics Manager and warehouse staff to maintain efficient, safe, and transparent processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock movement and ensure compliance with ISO operational standards.
• Supervise receipt of finished‑goods from production sites and support receiving clerks.
• Lead daily, monthly, and annual stock‑takes, investigating any variances.
• Prepare and submit timely warehouse reports to management.
• Organise warehouse layout, enforce safety measures, and guide clerks.
• Assess manpower needs, advise on vacancies, and manage staff schedules and leave.
• Ensure correct use of the Dune system for inventory reporting.
• Identify improvement areas, introduce new procedures, and train junior staff.
• Represent the department in managerial meetings alongside the Logistics Manager.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the FG Store Supervisor or Manager.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Storekeeping.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar warehouse supervisory role.
• Computer literacy with experience using inventory management software.
• Strong understanding of stock‑take execution, warehouse management procedures, and staff scheduling.
