Forensic & Integrity Services Manager

About the role

EY’s Fraud & Integrity Services practice is seeking a Manager to lead forensic and fraud investigations for corporate clients across Kenya. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑impact insights, develop innovative recommendations, and support clients in navigating complex fraud and regulatory challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with external clients, in‑house counsel, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead large, cross‑functional teams on complex forensic investigations and fraud prevention projects.
• Develop and present high‑quality work products, including forensic reports and commercial insights.
• Contribute to business development, bids, and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with EY’s Quality & Risk Management guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing forensic, fraud, or regulatory investigations.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior partners and motivate diverse teams.
• Experience delivering services to clients across multiple industries.

Required skills

• Investigation concepts such as evidence preservation, data privacy, and investigative interviewing.
• Preparation of forensic reports and analysis of evidence.
• Fraud risk assessment, anti‑money laundering, and compliance program development.
• Cross‑border and multi‑jurisdictional investigation experience.
