Full-Stack Developer Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Full‑Stack Developer Intern to join our team in Nairobi on a full‑time, onsite basis. This internship offers hands‑on experience building web applications using modern technologies while supporting our banking and finance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features and enhance existing components for web applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to improve system architecture and code quality.
• Provide technical support and assist end‑users with system‑related queries.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Maximum of 2 years of experience after graduation.
• Maximum age of 24 years.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with React and Node.js.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience working with databases, RESTful APIs, and version control (Git).
