Full-time English Teacher – Tana Toraja

About the role

Ruangguru’s Akademia program is looking for a passionate English Teacher to join its English Academy in Makale, Tana Toraja. You will deliver live English lessons to learners of various ages and support their academic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English classes directly to students across multiple education levels.
• Provide coaching, mentorship and role‑model support to fellow Master Teachers.
• Collaborate with Student Advisors to consult with students and parents, recommend learning pathways and maintain engagement for renewal.
• Run Homework Clinics to help students overcome academic challenges.
• Participate in trial classes, share best practices with regional teams and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Achieve the minimum required number of teaching and trial sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with branch staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop learning materials and assignments that align with the curriculum and improve student outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• Experience teaching very young learners is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to try new teaching methods.
• Willingness to teach at the selected Ruangguru English Academy branch.
