Future Leaders Program 2026 – Technical Associate for Fresh Graduates

About the role

The Siemens Future Leaders Program (Technical Associate) is a 1‑year, full‑time graduate scheme designed for recent university graduates in Pakistan. Participants will receive structured training, work on real projects, and rotate across Siemens business units in Karachi and Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Attend a variety of technical and professional trainings delivered by Siemens experts.
• Apply academic knowledge to practical assignments and support ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve engineering and business challenges.
• Participate in site visits and on‑the‑job learning experiences across multiple locations.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and results.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within 1 year) from an HEC‑approved university or currently enrolled in a Master’s program.
• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Software, Computer Engineering, EHS, Marketing/Communications, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and demonstrate self‑learning capability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
