Graduate Digital Multi-Media & Graphic Design Intern

About the role

World Vision Kenya is seeking a Graduate Digital Multi‑Media & Graphic Design Intern to join the Regional CPE team in Nairobi. This 12‑month talent incubation programme offers recent graduates hands‑on experience supporting communication needs across East Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen World Vision’s brand identity across digital and print channels.
• Develop communication products such as digital media assets, reports, flyers, posters and publications.
• Create and manage social media engagement plans and editorial calendars.
• Design visual concepts for campaigns, events and special projects in partnership with the regional communications team.
• Participate in internal communications activities to increase organisational exposure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Graphic Design or Marketing.
• Graduated within the last two years.
• Excellent written and oral English skills.
• Willingness to work in challenging environments and serve vulnerable communities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced use of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in video editing.
• Ability to manage social media platforms and track analytics.
• Strong graphic design and multimedia production skills.
