Graduate Marketing and Fundraising Intern

About the role

The Graduate Marketing and Fundraising Intern will support Bold Hope for Children Initiative in expanding its visibility and securing resources for vulnerable children worldwide. Working closely with the Bold Hope committee, the intern will assist in creating and delivering marketing, communication, and fundraising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing, fundraising and communication strategies.
• Manage social media platforms, website content and digital campaigns under guidance.
• Create content such as success stories, newsletters, brochures, promotional materials and merchandise following brand guidelines.
• Support the production and distribution of a quarterly impact newsletter.
• Maintain sponsor and donor databases, track merchandise inventory and manage virtual/physical merchandise stores.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries through the Bold Hope email account.
• Research grant and funding opportunities, track a grants pipeline and help prepare proposals, donor reports and funding applications.
• Participate in meetings, forums and events related to resource mobilisation and partnership development.

Required profile

• Graduate or recent graduate eager to work in marketing and fundraising for a children‑focused nonprofit.
• Ability to collaborate with the committee team and engage with donors, sponsors and partners.
• Strong written communication skills for creating compelling content.
