About the role
The Graduate Research & Development Internship at World Vision offers recent graduates the opportunity to contribute to research‑driven development initiatives in Nairobi, Kenya. The role is office‑based with minimal field travel.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in research‑related fields such as Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Project Management or similar.
- Ability to integrate faith and development in work and life.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Respected for Christian values and professionalism.
- Knowledge and commitment to World Vision’s ethos, philosophy and CORE documents.
- Demonstrated leadership through roles in a church, Christian Union or similar organization.
- Sound biblical beliefs.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Swahili.
- Graduated within the past 2 years with office‑based experience and minimal field travel.
