Graduate Trainee Program 2027

About the role

JM Associates LLP is offering a Graduate Trainee Programme for 2027 to recent graduates who are eager to start a consulting career. The programme provides exposure to business advisory, audit, tax, accounting, corporate finance and marketing services across a range of African clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior staff on audit, tax, accounting, corporate finance and marketing assignments.
• Support the preparation of reports and analyses for client engagements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, Marketing or related field (graduated within the last 2 years or awaiting graduation in 2026).
• Enrolled in or completed a professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
• Strong academic record and a genuine interest in the chosen specialization (audit, internal audit, tax, accounting, corporate finance, or marketing).
