Graphic Designer – Fixed-Term

About the role

This position independently manages design portfolios for multiple countries and the organisation, creating farmer‑facing materials, reports, newsletters and other collateral. The role drives projects from concept to delivery, ensuring brand alignment, high‑quality execution and timely completion while continuously improving design processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own design projects from brief through concept development, stakeholder review, production and final delivery.
• Review briefs and recommend design approaches that meet audience and communication needs.
• Maintain consistent quality, technical accuracy and brand adaptation across diverse materials and country contexts.
• Serve as the primary design contact for 2–3 country portfolios, managing stakeholder communication, expectations and timelines.
• Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on agreed schedules.
• Explain design decisions, navigate feedback constructively and guide stakeholders toward effective solutions.
• Identify project risks, unclear requirements or competing priorities early and communicate them to relevant parties.
• Contribute to improvements in design templates, workflows and overall ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently and manage end‑to‑end design projects.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and experience aligning briefs with deliverables.
• Attention to detail with a focus on brand consistency and technical accuracy.
• Proactive mindset for identifying risks and suggesting process improvements.
