Head of Content (Business Unit)

About the role

North Star Network is seeking a Head of Content for its Business Unit to define and execute content strategies across multiple brands and white‑label sites. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will drive organic growth, engagement and monetisation while upholding high editorial and SEO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
• Translate market insights, SEO data and audience behaviour into actionable roadmaps.
• Oversee editorial quality and E‑E‑A‑T standards across all languages.
• Recruit, train and manage a multi‑level content team, setting KPIs and development plans.
• Validate content plans, supervise top‑page strategies and ensure keyword coverage.
• Collaborate with SEO, product and business stakeholders to optimise internal linking and content performance.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to identify new content opportunities.
• Ensure all published material complies with regional regulations and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading content teams in a digital media or iGaming environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn data into actionable plans.
• Excellent editorial judgement and familiarity with E‑E‑A‑T principles.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with SEO, product and commercial teams.
• Experience managing remote, multicultural teams.
