About the role

The Head of Export Sales & Business Development will lead the company’s international sales strategy, driving growth in new markets and managing key export relationships. This senior position reports to senior management and coordinates cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the international sales and export growth strategy.
• Identify and penetrate new global markets for company products.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of international distributors, importers, and food manufacturers.
• Represent the company at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and business forums.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade agreements with global partners.
• Oversee export processes including shipping, logistics coordination, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and country‑specific export requirements.
• Lead and coordinate export sales teams and align internal departments with export needs.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales or international business development.
