Head of Operations – Property Management

About the role

The Head of Operations will oversee the post‑handover resident ecosystem for Kaziweza Limited’s portfolio in Nairobi, ensuring seamless property operations, facilities management, and an outstanding living experience across all properties.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all completed developments and ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and implement operational policies, systems, procedures and service standards.
• Own the resident experience framework, design the resident journey and monitor satisfaction metrics.
• Lead complaint resolution, service recovery and resident retention initiatives.
• Create vibrant, safe residential communities through engagement calendars, programs and resident committees.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of common areas, utilities, amenities and security systems.
• Drive long‑term asset preservation and property standards.
• Lead procurement, management and performance reviews of vendors such as security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management and internet providers.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 10 years) in property operations or a related field.
