HR Intern

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Nairobi, Kenya. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in HR operations while supporting our people‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the day‑to‑day operations of HR functions and duties.
• Provide administrative support to the T&C team.
• Support Talent Acquisition by sourcing, screening and arranging interviews, and maintaining application records.
• Assist with HR projects such as meetings, training, and audits as required.
• Handle employee requests regarding policy issues, rules, and regulations.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Participate in learning HR practices and training.
• Perform general office duties and any other relevant tasks assigned.

Required profile

• A Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, actively seeking experience in HR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
• Passion for talent management and human resources.
