About the role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to support our manufacturing and warehousing operations in Westlands, Nairobi. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with HR policies and occupational health standards.
Key responsibilities
- Employee onboarding and induction
- HR policy review and formulation
- Attendance and leave management
- Contract issuance and management
- Performance management
- Compliance and disciplinary management
- Exit management
- OSHA compliance
- Stakeholder management
Required profile
- Mid‑level HR professional with at least 5 years of experience
- Preferably registered with IHRM
- Experience in manufacturing or warehousing environments
