Hub Manager

About the role

The Hub Manager (New Markets) will lead the launch and growth of Jaza energy hubs in untapped regions. This frontline operational leader will move projects from market validation through pilot and scale‑up, building customer bases and profitable sites from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end market launch, from validation to go‑live, securing approved hub locations.
• Drive aggressive field‑based customer acquisition to reach 150+ active members within eight weeks.
• Manage retention and account services, re‑engaging churned customers and resolving issues.
• Recruit, onboard and train new Hub Managers and field agents (Jaza Stars) to build high‑performing local teams.
• Oversee hub operations and profitability, ensuring sustainable growth of active customers.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers on technical integrations and prompt issue resolution.
• Gather market intelligence, document consumer insights and adapt strategies to local dynamics.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in sales, operations or market expansion.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to launch new services.
• Strong people‑leadership skills and experience managing field teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
