Independent Real Estate Contractor / Sales Agent

About the role

This is a commission‑based, independent contractor position focused on sourcing premium residential and commercial properties for sale and long‑term management across Nairobi County and its growth corridors (Kitengela, Syokimau, Thika, Ruiru). You will operate autonomously, leveraging your network to generate high‑value deals and control your own financial outcome.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and list high‑potential properties for outright sale and property management.
• Conduct professional viewings, manage buyer/tenant pipelines, and lead negotiations to close transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market intelligence on neighbourhood values, zoning changes, and trends.
• Ensure all listings, marketing, and transaction documents comply with the Estate Agents Act (Cap 533) and Kenyan land laws.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Land Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Registered Independent Real Estate Contractor in Kenya with an active licence.
• Fully compliant with Kenyan regulatory frameworks governing estate agencies.
• Proven track record in complex real‑estate transactions and high‑net‑worth client management.
• Exceptional business development, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Deep familiarity with Nairobi County and surrounding growth corridors.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and goal‑oriented, able to work independently.
