About the role
The Rift Valley Institute of Business Studies is seeking a motivated intern to support its Mass Media & Journalism training programmes. This role offers hands‑on experience in both practical and theoretical aspects of media education.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in delivering practical and theoretical training sessions aligned with the institute’s curriculum.
- Support assessment, supervision, and skill‑development activities for trainees.
- Help maintain a safe, engaging, and productive learning environment.
- Prepare training materials and keep accurate records of student progress.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, graduated in 2023, 2024 or 2025.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professionalism and patience when guiding and mentoring students.
- Previous training or industry experience is an advantage.
