International Pre-Employment Coordinator

About the role

The International Pre-Employment Coordinator supports a global Talent Acquisition, HR, and Security team by managing all pre‑employment actions for candidates. The role ensures a world‑class candidate experience while adhering to company policies, legal requirements, and contract obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and track candidate activities in Amentum’s Talent Acquisition System, including background checks, drug screens, medicals, security clearances, facility access, and immigration compliance.
• Liaise with Security, HR, and Operations to meet pre‑employment requirements quickly and accurately.
• Manage a high volume of new‑hire activities independently, following complex workflows and service level agreements.
• Document actions and outcomes across multiple systems and support Talent Acquisition and Security projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least two years of experience in a recruiting environment, preferably with Workday.
• Strong adaptability, time‑management, and ability to work across international time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
