International Registered Nurse - US Relocation

About the role

Insight Global Health is seeking experienced registered nurses who wish to relocate to the United States. The International Nursing Program connects qualified nurses with permanent positions in leading U.S. hospitals, providing full immigration and licensing support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality patient care as part of multidisciplinary teams in settings such as medical‑surgical, ICU, Emergency Room, Pediatrics, Oncology, Women’s Health, NICU and Surgical Services.
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into the U.S. healthcare environment.

Required profile

• Successful completion of the RN NCLEX exam.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Minimum of one year of direct patient‑care experience in a hospital setting, preferably secondary or tertiary care.
• Current full‑time employment in a clinical role.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Commitment to building a long‑term nursing career in the United States.

Required skills

• NCLEX certification.
