Junior Chef, Cook and Driver Positions – Mlolongo

About the role

Our client, a leading provider of quality food and meat products, is expanding its team in Mlolongo. We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for three entry‑level positions: Junior Chef, Cook and Driver. Each role supports the daily operations of our kitchen and distribution network, ensuring high standards of food preparation, service and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Junior Chef: develop recipes, supervise junior kitchen staff, maintain food quality and hygiene, and support efficient kitchen operations.
• Cook: assist in food preparation and cooking, support the Junior Chef, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and ensure consistency in food quality.
• Driver: manage product deliveries professionally, ensure safe transportation, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and assist with operational logistics as needed.

• Relevant experience in the specific role (kitchen or delivery).
• Professionalism, reliability and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (for kitchen roles).
• Ability to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly (for driver role).
