Junior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Designer with strong design fundamentals and a portfolio that shows creative potential. You will work in a collaborative, feedback‑driven environment, learning from experienced creatives while contributing to live briefs and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality visual assets for digital, print, internal communications, social content, presentations and brand collateral.
• Adapt and resize creative assets across channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support production and rollout of campaigns and brand materials from file setup to final delivery.
• Source and select imagery, iconography and visual references aligned with creative direction.
• Translate briefs into on‑brand design solutions, applying strong fundamentals in typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Contribute ideas in creative sessions and develop an understanding of how design serves communication goals.
• Uphold brand guidelines and ensure attention to detail in all outputs.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and collaborate with copywriters, marketers and other team members.

Required profile

• Approximately 1‑3 years of professional design experience (in‑house, agency, freelance or internship‑to‑full‑time).
• Portfolio demonstrating genuine creative potential.
• Curious, diligent and motivated to develop design skills.
