Junior Network Operations Engineer – 24/7 NOC Support

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Network Operations Engineer to join the 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) at CM.com in Breda. The role supports the monitoring and security of our global platform, ensuring high service levels for customers. You will work in a rotating shift schedule to provide continuous coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor performance, security and technical status of network, systems and traffic.
• Detect and proactively resolve incidents to maintain service levels.
• Collaborate with IT, R&D and global stakeholders to investigate and solve problems.
• Handle incident communication via telephone and email.
• Participate in a 10‑day rotation shift schedule (morning, mid‑day, night) with planned days off.

Required profile

• Curious and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment and follow shift rotations.
• Good communication skills for telephone and email interaction.
• Junior level experience or education in IT/network operations.
