Laundry Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Laundry Supervisor to lead our laundry department, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. You will manage a team of laundry staff, oversee equipment operation, and maintain quality control for linen, uniforms, and guest laundry.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all laundry staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot washing, dry‑cleaning and pressing machines.
• Manage chemical products, ensuring proper storage, economical use, and safe disposal.
• Monitor chemical consumption and report requisitions to the manager.
• Ensure proper care of all textiles, following manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect linen, uniforms and guest laundry for cleanliness, pressing quality, folding, packaging and detect defects.
• Oversee distribution of linen and uniforms to guarantee adequate supply for guests, managers and employees.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and documentation of laundry procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma in Housekeeping & Laundry Operations or a related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory laundry role.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Operation and maintenance of washing, dry‑cleaning and pressing machines.
• Handling and safe disposal of chemical laundry products.
• Knowledge of textile care and proper laundering techniques.
• Inventory and supply management for linen and uniforms.
