About the role
Nestlé Kenya is looking for a Manufacturing Excellence Analyst to help the factory achieve World-Class Manufacturing Excellence. The role focuses on applying Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) principles, building capability and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support NCE deployment and factory improvement plans.
- Translate market priorities into factory objectives.
- Coach teams and strengthen manufacturing excellence capability.
- Drive improvement initiatives and measure outcomes.
- Support factory reporting and digitalisation activities.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and best practice sharing.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of factory experience.
- Diploma in Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence principles.
- Strong coaching, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
