Marketing Assistant – Healthcare Content & Paid Social Ads

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to create and manage healthcare‑focused social media content. The role combines short‑form video production, live‑session hosting and paid‑social campaign execution to drive clinic visits and bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit and publish reels and short‑form videos for Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
• Host and coordinate live sessions on Facebook and TikTok, engaging viewers in real time.
• Support paid‑social campaigns using Meta and TikTok Ads Manager to convert followers into appointments.
• Write compelling captions and calls‑to‑action that generate inquiries and bookings.
• Track performance metrics (views, engagement, leads, conversions) and recommend optimisations.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams on graphics, branding and campaign assets.
• Stay updated on social media trends, audio formats and health‑wellness content best practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience creating social media content, especially video/reels.
• Strong copywriting ability with a focus on action‑driving captions.
• Organised, proactive and able to meet content calendars and deadlines.

Required skills

• Short‑form video shooting and editing (CapCut, InShot or similar).
• Paid‑social advertising on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for content ideation.
