Marketing Manager – Nairobi

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in Nairobi. The role will shape strategy, execute campaigns and boost brand visibility while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead creation and execution of digital, social, email and traditional campaigns.
• Strengthen brand positioning through consistent messaging and innovative tactics.
• Conduct market research to track trends, customer preferences and competitor activity.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and ROI metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Build, manage and mentor a high‑performing marketing team.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with sales, product development and external agencies.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
