Marketing Officer

About the role

Long Chain Construction Chemicals Ltd. (LCC) is seeking a creative, energetic Marketing Officer to support brand development, digital marketing, advertising, promotional activities and market expansion across Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Promote LCC brands and products, develop marketing activities to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and Google; manage social media presence.
• Organise product promotions, exhibitions, trade events and support marketing at hardware shops and distributors.
• Conduct market and competitor research, provide insights and recommendations.
• Create marketing content, coordinate design of brochures, flyers and digital assets using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Support monthly and quarterly marketing plans, track campaign performance and prepare reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous marketing or brand promotion experience; experience in paints, coatings, construction chemicals is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and execution skills; self‑motivated and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Google advertising platforms.
• Experience using Canva, Photoshop or other graphic‑design tools.
