Marketing Specialist – Frencia Sanitary Ware

About the role

KEDA Kenya Ceramics is looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive the promotion and presentation of Frencia sanitary ware products across its showrooms. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a premium brand experience for customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Measure and assess allocated showroom spaces, ensuring layouts follow approved Frencia brand standards.
• Collaborate with the Frencia sales team to support customers in understanding showroom standards and product positioning.
• Coordinate branding, product presentation, and visual merchandising for toilets, basins, sinks, and accessories.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting challenges, timelines, and solutions.
• Prepare cost estimates for showroom construction, branding, and installations, keeping projects within budget.
• Source, coordinate, and manage suppliers for branding, fabrication, and construction.
• Oversee repairs, upgrades, and replacements of showroom elements to maintain a consistent premium image.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with Frencia’s visual identity and market positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing execution, showroom management, brand activation, or retail marketing.
• Strong understanding of ceramic sanitary ware products or building materials is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors, or branding partners.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging sales teams, management, and external stakeholders.
• Good budgeting, planning, and project coordination abilities.
