Medical Information Officer med nordiske sprogkompetencer

About the role

We are looking for a Medical Information Officer to join our Nordic Medical Information team. The role involves handling medical inquiries, reporting adverse events, and supporting customers across Denmark, Norway and Sweden. The position can be based in either Herlev, Denmark or Stockholm, Sweden, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond to medical queries via email, phone, chat, etc., including adverse‑event reporting and product complaints.
• Provide accurate information to patients, consumers, healthcare professionals and pharmacists.
• Lead selected projects and maintain ongoing communication with client contacts.
• Prioritise a high volume of inquiries while ensuring quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Qualified pharmacist, pharmaconomist, nurse or other natural‑science degree.
• Fluent written and spoken proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Norwegian, Danish, Swedish.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Comfortable using multiple IT systems and digital tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues before involving IT support.
