Motorbike Delivery Rider – Nairobi

About the role

The Motorbike Delivery Rider will join Brites Management Services Limited to ensure timely and safe delivery of products across Nairobi’s Central Business District. You will be responsible for transporting parcels, interacting with customers, and maintaining the assigned motorcycle in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, transport and deliver products to designated customer locations, obtaining signatures or proof of delivery as required.
• Plan and follow efficient routes to minimise delays and fuel consumption.
• Conduct daily inspections of the motorcycle, report any faults, and ensure regular maintenance and fuel management.
• Adhere to traffic laws, company policies and keep all licences, insurance and documentation up‑to‑date.
• Provide courteous customer service, resolve minor issues on‑site and escalate complex matters.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, report completed or failed deliveries and any incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as a motorbike delivery rider.
• Valid motorcycle riding licence with a clean record.
• KCSE certificate (preferred) and defensive riding certificate (advantageous).
• Excellent knowledge of Nairobi CBD and surrounding routes.
• High level of responsibility, honesty, punctuality and good time‑management.
