Motorbike Sales Representative (MSR) – Lakeside

About the role

Treasure Communications Limited is seeking energetic Motorbike Sales Representatives (MSRs) to promote client brands across Lakeside and surrounding areas. You will be on the road, engaging retailers and consumers, turning product interest into actual purchases while representing a leading BTL marketing firm.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and gather intelligence on competitor activities.
• Execute sales strategies, achieve daily/weekly targets and report performance.
• Plan and follow efficient routes for product demonstrations, roadshows and merchandising.
• Manage stock and inventory levels at retail points.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and communicate insights to management.

Required profile

• Minimum age 24 years.
• At least 3 years of riding experience with a valid Kenyan driver’s licence.
• KCSE certificate; a sales/marketing certificate or 2+ years as a field sales representative or merchandiser is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, confident, persuasive and presentable.
• High integrity, reliability and flexibility with time and location.
