Network Member – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

The ANKA Network Member will join a youth‑led non‑profit to drive collaborative initiatives that empower young people and advance sustainable development. Working remotely on a full‑time basis, you will represent ANKA in various forums, support youth‑led programmes and build strong stakeholder connections.

Key responsibilities

• Engage actively in collaborative projects and represent ANKA in community and sector forums.
• Develop and implement strategies for community engagement and digital collaboration.
• Coordinate digital platforms and tools to facilitate youth‑led programmes.
• Contribute to creative projects, sustainable development efforts and partnership building.
• Foster connections with stakeholders, partners and volunteers.

Required profile

• Experience in digital collaboration, communications and networking.
• Knowledge of sustainable development practices and grassroots leadership.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and participate actively.
• Passion for youth empowerment, community advocacy and sustainable change‑making.
• Experience in non‑profit or youth leadership programmes is a plus.
• Strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
