Office Furniture Designer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Office Furniture Designer to create accurate, functional, and visually appealing office furniture layouts for US‑based clients. The role is fully remote and requires strong proficiency in Giza 2020 / 2020 Office (Cyncly) and Adobe Illustrator.

Key responsibilities

• Create 2D and 3D office furniture layouts using Giza 2020 / 2020 Office (Cyncly).
• Design workstations, cubicles, private offices, conference rooms, and other commercial spaces.
• Develop design presentations and visual concepts with Adobe Illustrator.
• Review floor plans, dimensions, and project requirements for accuracy.
• Incorporate client feedback and design revisions.
• Select appropriate furniture configurations based on space, functionality, and client needs.
• Maintain accurate design files and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in office furniture design, space planning, or interior design.
• Proficiency in Giza 2020 / 2020 Office (Cyncly) and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of office furniture layouts and space utilization.
• Ability to interpret floor plans and measurements accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a remote team during U.S. business hours.
• Reliable internet connection, computer equipment, headset, quiet workspace, and backup power.
