Online Learning Specialist – Global Remote Role

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Specialist in Online Learning to design and deliver high‑quality digital learning experiences for staff across its global network. Working remotely, you will support personal effectiveness, compliance, and core skill development while aligning with the organisation’s mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging e‑learning and blended learning solutions using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Apply best practices in instructional design, user experience, accessibility, and digital learning.
• Collaborate with People Partners, country offices, and global teams to identify learning needs and ensure solutions are culturally competent.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve learning offerings.
• Support broader learning initiatives and contribute to talent development strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing digital learning solutions for a global audience.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic, French or Spanish.
• Right to work in the country where the role is based.
