About the role

Amazon Operations is the engine that powers the company’s global fulfillment network. As an Operations Manager you will lead a team that delivers millions of products to customers worldwide, ensuring speed, accuracy, and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive productivity and quality metrics to meet or exceed operational goals.
  • Manage employee performance, coaching, and development.
  • Implement process improvements and lean techniques to optimize workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of operational experience.
  • At least 3 years of employee and performance management experience.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
