About the role
Amazon Operations is the engine that powers the company’s global fulfillment network. As an Operations Manager you will lead a team that delivers millions of products to customers worldwide, ensuring speed, accuracy, and exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Drive productivity and quality metrics to meet or exceed operational goals.
- Manage employee performance, coaching, and development.
- Implement process improvements and lean techniques to optimize workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of operational experience.
- At least 3 years of employee and performance management experience.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
