Outbound Sales Agent – German Market (Remote)

About the role

Join Best Service Team (BST) as an Outbound Sales Agent focused on the German market. Working remotely, you will engage prospective B2B clients, introduce innovative service solutions and help expand the reach of world‑class brands.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to German prospects, presenting BST’s products and services with enthusiasm.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions that drive sales.
• Record all interactions and sales activities accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates to share insights and refine sales strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in sales or customer‑service roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet targets.
