Outgrower Program Manager

About the role

Are you looking to build something tangible, scalable, and high‑impact on the ground? Green.Earth needs experienced operators who can work directly with farmers, organise field teams, and deliver real results in complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable outgrower/smallholder program structures and manage farmer onboarding, registration and engagement.
• Organise farmers into clusters, cooperatives or lead‑farmer networks and ensure consistent implementation of agricultural and land‑use practices.
• Lead and develop local field teams (extension officers, agronomists, partners) across multiple regions.
• Monitor farmer performance, participation and retention, identifying and mitigating delivery risks early.
• Maintain strong relationships with farmer groups, community stakeholders and ensure operational consistency across geographies.

Required profile

• Proven experience building or managing real‑world smallholder or outgrower systems, preferably with 1,000+ farmers.
• Hands‑on field experience; not a desk‑based strategy role.
• Experience scaling and managing field teams in fast‑moving, complex environments.
• Strong operational mindset focused on execution and delivery.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
