Overseas Marketing Graphic Design Manager

About the role

The Overseas Marketing Graphic Design Manager leads the visual creation and execution of marketing assets for multiple international markets. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, you will ensure all designs are brand‑consistent, culturally appropriate, and support product launches, campaigns, and exhibitions across overseas territories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop key visuals (KV) and complete sets of marketing materials for overseas campaigns, including social media graphics, exhibition displays, flyers, and video covers.
• Translate new product launch requirements into multilingual catalogues, posters, and digital assets, coordinating with market teams to meet deadlines.
• Establish and maintain a standardized overseas visual design system covering colours, typography, layout, and logo usage.
• Lead and mentor the design team, ensuring quality, cultural sensitivity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor the implementation of design assets, gather feedback, and continuously improve visual effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an international marketing context.
• Proven ability to manage design projects from concept to delivery across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and ability to adapt visual content accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams.
