Patient Relations & Marketing Coordinator for Dental Clinic

About the role

The successful candidate will promote a dental clinic, attract new patients, respond to inquiries and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective patients. This hybrid role blends patient relations, customer service, community outreach, lead follow‑up and clinic promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, social media and email, providing accurate information and scheduling appointments.
• Develop and execute local marketing activities, including outdoor promotion, community outreach, distribution of brochures, flyers and other materials.
• Support the clinic’s social media presence by answering comments, monitoring feedback and ensuring a consistent brand image.
• Maintain ongoing communication with current and prospective patients, send appointment reminders, follow‑up after treatments and encourage referrals.
• Identify partnership opportunities with schools, churches, businesses and residential communities to generate new patient leads.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude for community outreach and partnership development.
• Ability to follow established procedures for appointment scheduling and lead conversion.
• Comfortable using common digital tools such as email, messaging apps and social media platforms.
