People, Culture & Performance Lead

About the role

The People, Culture & Performance Lead will shape and drive the organisation’s people strategy, culture agenda, and performance architecture. This senior leadership position focuses on building high‑performing teams, enhancing staff engagement, and modernising HR systems to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a People, Culture & Performance strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Provide advisory support on workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning and capability development.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and staff engagement initiatives.
• Design and oversee performance management, accountability, and learning programmes.
• Manage HR operations, compliance, policy administration and internal communications.
• Drive digital HR transformation and introduce AI‑enabled workplace innovations.

Required profile

• Senior‑level HR professional with at least 5 years of experience in strategic HR leadership.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and coach managers.
• Strong organisational development and change‑management expertise.
• Emotionally intelligent, digitally fluent and future‑focused.
