Pre-Sales Executive (French Speaking)

About the role

The Pre‑Sales Executive will act as the bridge between our technical solutions and Francophone clients across Africa. You will lead bid processes, deliver bilingual demonstrations, and ensure our proposals meet local procurement standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and track tender opportunities on Francophone African procurement portals, government, banking, healthcare and donor‑funded platforms.
• Prepare and submit end‑to‑end RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs and formal tender responses in English and French, adhering to OHADA and local regulations.
• Develop bilingual technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates, solution descriptions and scope of work.
• Conduct product demonstrations of the full client suite (QMS, VQMS, Self‑Service Kiosks, Digital Signage, Appointment Booking, CX CRM, CX Portal) for banking, healthcare and enterprise prospects.
• Plan, coordinate and manage Proof‑of‑Concept engagements, delivering bilingual documentation and follow‑up.
• Support client discovery sessions to position the appropriate Marezi solution.
• Prepare accurate bilingual quotations in line with approved pricing frameworks.
• Maintain a tender calendar and compliance matrix to avoid missed deadlines.
• Update Zoho CRM with deal stages, proposal statuses and activity logs for all Francophone accounts.
• Produce regular English reports on bid activity, demo pipeline, POC status and win‑loss analysis for leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent French (minimum C1) – written and spoken.
• Strong English communication for internal reporting and cross‑team coordination.
• Proven experience managing the full bid/tender lifecycle (RFP, RFQ, RFI, EOI).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Hands‑on experience using Zoho CRM for pipeline and activity management.
