Private Banking Relationship Manager

About the role

The Private & Executive Banking Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of affluent clients across the Private and Executive segments in the Nanyuki and Meru regions. This hybrid position focuses on delivering tailored financial solutions, deepening client relationships, and driving revenue through proactive sales and advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
• Provide customized lending, investment, and transactional solutions.
• Deepen relationships to increase client loyalty and revenue.
• Conduct credit assessments and manage risk in line with bank policies.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Deliver a high‑quality client experience at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• First‑degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications and financial advisory within the financial services industry.
• Proven sales track record and strong financial acumen.
