About the role

We are looking for a Professional Restaurant Waitress to join our beachside seafood venue in Mombasa. The role is full-time and on-site, focused on delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests enjoying our fresh local seafood.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area throughout the shift.
• Assist with basic food preparation and presentation when needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and any concerns courteously.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant service.
• Basic cooking skills are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
